you be sent written confirmation of your booking together with a receipt. Please bring this receipt with you
when you dine. Please note that one receipt/bill will be issued per party. 3. The balance should be made in
one week prior to the week of dining for Christmas Day. 4. All payments by company cheque must be received
seven working days prior to the event. 5. If you make a booking after these due dates you will be required to
pay the whole amount immediately. 6. Cancellations can be made at any time in writing to the Landlord or
Landlady. Please note only monies over and above the deposit will be refunded, when your cancellation is
received before the balance due date. We reserve the right to ask for the full payment of the balance of the
